• Transferring to a joint member is like transferring to yourself. The joint member accounts are listed with your own accounts.
• Transferring to another member’s account you will need their member number, first 3 letters of the member’s last name, and the 11 digit account number being transferred to.

Helpful Reminders

• PINs must be 6–10 digits long, and cannot begin with 0.
• To transfer funds, Accountline accepts dollars and cents. No decimals are needed.
• Mortgage and VISA account information is up-to-date and account transactions are real time.
• As you become familiar with the choices, you can use 快速拨号 Options listed 在这里 without waiting for the entire message.
• Credit Card Payments can be made by going to the Credit Card information or Payments menu or by using the speed dial 143 from the main menu.
